Access Trouble ?

Old ads and announcements that do not reflect your current user level will not display or send visitors to your store or subscription tool. If you have recently upgraded your membership, you need to update your old ads/announcements to reflect current status. Please login to your account, locate that ad or announcement and edit it(simply re-submit it). This time the ad or announcement will pick up your new user level and feature related privileges.

Also,don't forget to add your company name when editing your ad or announcement. You might want to do the same thing by editing any previous announcement you may have published and make sure you add your company name to it.
Company name is necessary for newsletter/announcement subscriptions.
If no company, enter "Non-profit" as the company name(without the double quotes).

If you have edited(resubmitted your newsletter) but still cannot access the public view of it, please refresh your account by going to Main Area or Profile, then on your right side, click "Retrieve missing details". That would refresh your newsletter current satus.
